Active Low Impact Move & Groove
This class provides strength building plus a fun (low impact ) dancing cardio component. This class averages 45 minutes-1hour, working with a smaller number of repetitions, with or without weights. Some participants can also utilize a chair for balance, additional low impact opportunity. Balance, strength, and a little heart pumping fun awaits!
*Classes and additional times may be added depending on demand!
Private small group training- $10.00 per class- minimum 4 people
1-1 Personal training- $40.00/30 min $60.00/1 hour
