Bootcamp Bonanza

Get your sweat on with the combination of strength and cardio exercises in a circuit style format. This 1 hour class creates a total body workout and exercises can be catered to everyone’s fitness level. You will be pushed to your limits, but you will leave feeling empowered with achievable rep ranges, cues from your coach, and a focus to function the next day versus crippling muscle soreness. My motto to strive for is “ Not too sore, but a Sue sore!” :0)
