“I first exercised with Sue as our water aerobics instructor, which was great fun, and then when covid closed the pool, we transitioned to zoom exercise classes consisting of strength and cardio (aka “dancing”!) exercise. I used to belong to a gym where I forced myself to attend group exercise classes which I did not enjoy. Sue’s classes, on the other hand, are fun as well as challenging. We all enjoy Sue’s great of sense of humor and the variety of exercises she leads us in. Unlike other instructors who cycle through the same exercises over and over again, Sue invents new ways to make the workouts interesting, while still working the same muscles to give us a full body workout. And Sue’s students sense that she really cares about us and how we’re doing, always suggesting modifications to any exercise to accommodate every level of fitness. I can honestly say that exercising with Sue is the most positive experience I’ve ever had working out, whether it’s in person or via zoom.”
