*Generation Pound (ages 6-12) Sundays at 11:30am and Wednesdays at 4pm
*Classes and additional times may be added depending on demand!

10AM- Pound Rock out Workout 45 min
Monday:
6:30AM – Bootcamp Bonanza
9AM-Active Aging/Low Impact Move and Groove 45 min-1hour
6PM-Pound Rock out 15 min/Strength 15-20 min
Wednesday:
9AM-Active Aging/ Low Impact Move and Groove 45min-1hour
6:30PM-Pound Rock out Workout 45 min
Friday:
6PM-Bootcamp Bonanza
